El profesor Santiago Ojeda estudió Ingeniería industrial en la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, donde se graduó en 1993. Completó un doctorado en Filosofía en la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia en 2016. Trabajó quince años como consultor de sistemas, organización y procesos en la compañía Accenture, y tras un breve periodo como trabajador autónomo ejerce desde el año 2010 el cargo de Director de Organización y Calidad en la empresa de ingeniería energética Empresarios Agrupados SA.
Compatibiliza dicho cargo con la docencia como profesor asociado en la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, donde ha dado clases de sistemas de información y de ética de los negocios
