Miguel Morillas holds a PhD in Management and Organization from the Stockholm School of Economics, an MPhil in Public Policy from Central European University, an MA in Political Science from Pompeu Fabra University, and a BA in Sociology from University Carlos III. He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Copenhagen and a visiting researcher at Copenhagen Business School. His research bridges the areas of organization studies and sociology, and focuses on two broad questions: (1) How do organizations construct and negotiate inclusion through everyday practices? (2) How is international migration reshaping organizational life? His research is grounded in qualitative and interpretive approaches, with ethnography as a primary research strategy. He has published in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals such as Management Learning, The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Comparative Migration Studies. At ICADE, Miguel teaches courses in Creativity and Innovation management, New Business Models (Undergraduate), Cross-cultural management (MBA), and Qualitative research methods (PhD).
