Mr. Castro is Senior Vice President M&A at Cepsa.
Before joining Cepsa he was Director of Business Origination within the Corporate Development Department of the Iberdrola Group. Previously he held the position of Director of Execution, responsible for the M&A activities of the Iberdrola Group within its Corporate Development Department.
Before joining Iberdrola, he worked for ten years in the Investment Banking Division of J.P.Morgan in London executing energy-related mergers and advisory mandates as well as equity and debt offerings.
Mr. Castro holds Law and Business Administration degrees from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ? ICADE.
