In 2004 she began her professional life working in non-profit organizations committed to animal rights, social justice, and environmental protection. Graduated in Law (Granda University), Estela holds a Master in Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (UNED & UJI) and a Master in Research on Economic & Business Administration (Comillas Pontifical University). Her research is mainly focused on ethical and transformative consumption behavior, animal rights movement, food ethics (veganism and vegetarianism), animal-human relationships, gender, corporate social responsibility & sustainable lifestyles, topics on which she has conducted research, published reports and scientific journal papers and presented conference papers.
