Doctora por la Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Master in Sostenibilidad y Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (UNED & UJI), Master en Investigación en Economía e Administración de Empresas (Comillas Pontifical University) y licenciada en Derecho (Universidad de Granada). Desde 2017 realiza su labor docente e investigadora en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Es profesora de asignaturas de Grado y Postgrado vinculadas al comportamiento del consumidor, investigación de mercados, estrategia empresarial y métodos de investigación. Miembro fundador del grupo de investigación E-SOST (ICADE), su investigación está enfocada principalmente en la transición a la sostenibilidad, con especial atención a las innovaciones sociales, el consumo ético y transformador, las cuestiones de género y las relaciones humano-animales. Al respecto ha participado en proyectos de investigación y publicado en revistas internacionales de alto impacto.
